I.  Paul B. opened the meeting with the Serenity Prayer and the reading of the 3rd Tradition: “The only requirement for A.A. membership is a desire to stop drinking.”

II. Old Business.  

     A.  Herb moved and Alice seconded a motion that the group use the group inventory questions posted on the website plus an additional question to address addition concerns of the members.  The motion passed unanimously.

      B.  Liz nominated Fred to be Group Inventory Facilitator.  Michael seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

       C.  Michael A. nominated himself to be inventory Recording Secretary.  Fred seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

II. New Business.

     A.  Alice nominated Dawn to be the new group Secretary. Paul called for the vote and her election was unanimous.

      B.  Alice moved and Jeff seconded a motion that Wednesday's meeting be on just the Daily Reflections.  The motion passed 8 to 4.

        C.  Mary moved and Herb seconded a motion that the Chairperson's script be changed to include " Is anybody counting days?" The motion passed unanimously.  

        D.  Mary moved and Fred seconded a motion that the Breakout Rooms be eliminated.  After discussion, Mary withdrew the motion.

III. Secretary's Report.  Herb asked for additions, corrections and omissions to the March minutes.  There being none, Paul approved the minutes without exception.

IV.  Treasurer's Report.   Linda Z. gave the  Treasurer's report.  See attached.  There being no objections, Paul approved the report without objection.

     Fred moved that the eight tickets the group has bought for the Gratitude Breakfast be distributed on a first come first serve basis.  Herb seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

V.  GSR's Report. Paul B. reported that the district has bought eight tickets to the Gratitude Breakfast to be distributed to people in need.  Soberfest will be held June 9,10 and 11.  More information on Soberfest can be found on ct-aa.org.

VI.  Coins and Books Report. No report.

VII.  Service Chair Report.  Jeff reported that all is well and he will notify Chairs about the script change and the change in the Wednesday meeting.

VIII.  Grapevine Report.  Hard copies of the AA Grapevine are available on request.  There is a link to the Grapevine on emzoomers.com.

IX.  Terry moved the meeting be adjourned. Mary seconded the motion and it passed unanimously at 9:45AM.  Meeting adjourned.
