I.  Terry Z. opened the meeting with the Serenity Prayer and reading of the 11th Tradition: “Our Public Relations policy is based on attraction rather than promotion; we need always maintain personal anonymity at the level of press, radio, films.”

II. Old Business.  

     A.  Herb Moved that the Traditions meeting be moved from Friday to Thursday and the commitment time period be changed to fifteen weeks.  Lisa seconded the motion and it passed.  Mary moved that the change take effect January 1.  There was no second.  Lisa moved that the change take place December 1.  Mary seconded the motion and it passed.

II. New Business.

     A.  Alice moved that the group donate $200 to the Thanksgiving Alkathon. Mary seconded the motion and it passed.

     B.  Terry moved that the group send a representative to the alkathon planning meetings.  Herb Seconded the motion and it passed.

     C.  Fred nominated Paul B. to be the group's new GSR starting January 1.  Lisa seconded the motion and it passed.

III. Secretary's Report.  Lisa moved that the report be accepted as posted on the group website.  Terry seconded the motion and it passed.

IV.  Treasurer's Report.  None.

V.  GSR's Report.  Terry reported that at the November District 4 GSR meeting the GSR's voted to distribute the District 4 treasury evenly between the eight new districts.  Herb moved that the report be accepted.  Lisa seconded the motion and it passed.

VI.  Coins and Books Report.  None.

VII.  Service Chair Report.  Jeff reported that all is well in that department.  Lisa moved the report be accepted.  Alice seconded the motion and it passed.

VII.  Alice suggested that the Speaker Seeker tell the Speaker Meeting Chair who the speaker is before the meeting to avoid any confusion.  Jeff agreed and will pass the word along.

VIII.  Alice suggested that the matter of breakout rooms during business meetings be put on the agenda for the December business meeting.

IX.  Herb moved the meeting be adjourned.  Alice seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.  The meeting was adjourned at 9:25.
