I.  Terry Z. opened the meeting with the Serenity Prayer and reading of the 12th Tradition: “Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions, ever reminding us to place principals over personalities.”

II. New Business.

     A.  Fred moved that Linda Z. become the new Treasurer of the Early Morning Zoomers.  Mary seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

III. Secretary's Report.  Fred moved that the report be accepted as posted on the group website.  Terry seconded the motion and it passed.

IV.  Treasurer's Report.  Herb presented the Treasurer's report.  See attached.  Mary moved the report be accepted.  Paul seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

V.  GSR's Report.  Terry said this is his last GSR report to this group as his term is up December 31.  He thanked the group for the opportunity to do service and praised the group for their courtesy, wisdom, grace and dedication.  He reported that District 4 has held it's last meeting and that District 19, Branford, East Haven, Northford and North Branford, has had it's first meeting and it's off to a good start.  Mary moved the GSR report be accepted.  Fred seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.  All thanked Terry for his service and praised his leadership skills as GSR for the past two years.

VI.  Coins and Books Report. Keri reported that coins are going out and that all is well.  Mary moved the proport be accepted.  Herb seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

VII.  Service Chair Report.  Jeff reported that all is well in that department.  Mary moved the report be accepted.  Paul seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

VII.  Fred moved the meeting be adjourned.  Mary seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.  The meeting was adjourned at 9:30.
