GSR Terry Z opened the meeting promptly at 8:32 with an explanation  of the meeting's purpose, namely to decided if he should vote for the proposed redistricting of District 4 at the regular District 4 business meeting on October 20.

Herb S. gave a general overview of the structure to AA.  Fred P. explained the logic behind the redistricting.

Herb S moved that the Early Morning Zoomers group instruct Terry to vote for the redistricting of District 4.  Denise seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

Mary moved the meeting be adjourned.  Herb seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
