I.  GSR/Chairperson Terry Z. opened the meeting at 8:30am and led the group in The Serenity Prayer and the reading of the 5rd Tradition:  Each group ought to be a spiritual entity having but one primary purpose-that of carrying it's message to the alcoholic who still suffers.

II. Secretary's Report.  Herb S. asked if there were any corrections to the April minutes.  There being no corrections, Herb asked for a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting as submitted. Mary  moved the minutes be accepted. Lisa seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

III. Treasurer’s Report. See attached.  

IV. GSR Report. Terry reported that he attended the May  19 District 4 meeting.  Topics discussed included redistricting and service positions that are open.   The Redistricting Committee report can be found at the bottom of this page.  Mary moved that the GSR report be accepted as submitted.  Herb seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

V. Coins & Books Report. Keri reported that she has the coins well organized.  She would like some suggestions on how to better keep track of mailing addresses for recipients.  Herb volunteered to make a Coins and Books website page that would record recipient addresses. 

VI. Service Chair Report. Everything is going well in the Service Committee.

VII. Grapevine Report.  Mary reported the Grapevine link has been added to the website.  All else is well.

VIII.  Old business.  No old business

IX. New Business.  There was discussion on second quarter contributions.  Lisa moved and Herb seconded that the matter be tabled until the June meeting.  The motion passed unanimously.

Mary moved the meeting adjourn. Molly seconded the motion and it passed unanimously at 9:05.
