Secretaries Report: Lisa U thanked Deb B. for taking the minutes for August’s meeting. The minutes have been posted on the group’s website. There were no questions or comments
Website Report: Herb was absent, website report deferred until October,
Books and Coins: Mary reported one coin had been sent out last month.
Grapevine Report: Darlene’s term has expired, big thanks were expressed for her service. Chelsea is taking over the commitment. Darlene will meet with Chelsea to share how to do the job.
GSR Report: Darlene shared details for district 19’s upcoming picnic. She shared some of district 19 monies goes towards putting AA contact info on placemats of local diners.
Service Report: Dan A. filling in for Michael A. reported 3 chair positions were filled last month.
Treasurers Report: Dan A. Filling in for Deb B. read the treasurers report. Diane raised a question about a tradition 7 donation in the form of a check, not being cashed yet. Please find treasures report posted on our website.
