EMZ Business Meeting Minutes December 22, 2024 

Paul started the meeting with the Serenity Prayer and read Tradition 12: “Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions, ever reminding us to place principles before personalities.”

Old Business: Paul’s commitment as GSR and Business Meeting Chair is up at the end of this month. Dan A was nominated and accepted the position.

New Business:  None

Secretary report: The minutes submitted by Deb for the November meeting are posted on our website. The report was accepted without objection.

Treasurer’s Report:  Linda reported that the current balance is $455.00, with prudent reserve of $300.00, leaving $155.00 as available balance. Donations to Alkathons were made. See Treasurer’s report for details.  

GSR report: No update

Books & Coins Report:  No Update. John P not present.

Grapevine Report: Darlene reports she receives the Grapevine every month. If anyone has suggestions for who to share the Grapevine with, email Darlene at timetolive@yahoo.com

Service Chair Report: Ron reports all positions are filled except for the Thursday host position.

Next Business Meeting will be Sunday, Jan 26, 7:30am.
